Preparation time: 15 mins, plus baking time


1. Pop your oven on to heat at 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4.
2. Peel, core and slice apples, then lay them in the base of the dish. Scatter over the blackberries and pour over the boiling water.
3. In another bowl, break the macaroons into pieces, mix with the granola and sprinkle over the top of the fruit.
4. Pop it all into the oven for 30-40 minutes, until the fruit has softened and topping is golden and crunchy.
