CHOC-A-BLOCKA KNICKERBOCKA GLORY
Now, this recipe’s brilliant for birthday parties of all types, or as an incentive for a certain someone to take charge of the washing basket once every blue moon. No names, Geoffrey.
|Makes 4 x 250ml glasses
- Slowly melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a small saucepan until you have a smooth, glossy sauce. Keep this warm.
- Divide the crumbled brownies equally between 4 sundae or large wine glasses. Drizzle over any juice from the berries into each dish, then top with 2 scoops of ice cream.
- Finally swirl the whipped cream over the ice cream and drizzle with the warm chocolate sauce. Serve immediately.
These instructions are just a guide, really, pumpkin.
