Mrs Crimble's Grocer Award - 17/02/10

Mrs Crimble's Fresh Gluten Free Bread struck gold at The Grocer's Food & Drink Awards 2010. The bread, which shares all the best qualities of an 'ordinary' fresh loaf, won the highly competitive Bakery Category. Intriguingly, Mrs Crimble's sponsors the British Bobsleigh team at the Winter Olympics and, on the eve of the first crucial heats for the women's team, everyone will be hoping that the home-baked success bodes well for the team's own quest for gold in Vancouver.

Mrs Crimble's, known for its much-loved range of cakes, savoury crackers and snacks, sponsors Shelley Rudman in the skeleton as well as Nicola Minichiello and her bobsleigh team - helping them become two of Britain's best chances for Olympic gold.
